Located in Austin, TX – Fixeon, formerly Infixeon,is located in the heart of Silicon Hills. We were formed in January of 2005 with a vision of designing, manufacturing and selling superior wafer handling solutions for protecting and transporting semiconductors. There is a need in this market for high performance, cost-effective solutions from a company that is easy to do business with - Fixeon will meet that need.

We’ve assembled a top-notch management team with more than 50 years of experience, including the design, development and commercialization of innovative wafer handling products for the semiconductor industry. We are a full member of SEMI.

Our product development strategy is focused on improving customer performance by creating unique designs that reduce total cost of ownership. Our engineering team utilizes advanced 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks®) to communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers to accelerate the product development cycles.

Our customer service and product development teams will assist with scaling-up horizontal wafer handling equipment, whether Fixeon’s or your current equipment, to take full advantage of our wafer shipping and handling products. Our team of specialists will also evaluate your current process and provide solutions that will increase yields and lower total cost of ownership.

Our products are manufactured in the United States and are cleaned and bagged in our class 100 clean room. Fixeon is committed to keeping the supply chain short and efficient – which means short lead times without large inventories.

This Year Fixeon has added many global distributors and representatives to help reduce product delivery time, enhance our customer service and to help manage growth in their respective regions to provide fast response to any of our customers critical needs.

After being in business for 7 years, we continue to add to our portfolio of silicon wafer handling and shipping products and services for the semiconductor industry. Our services include recovery, cleaning and refurbishing of wafer shippers and cassettes.
In 2005 our first products were the 150mm Hawk^TM horizontal wafer shipper, the TRX^TM ACP^TM inflatable and reusable "air cushion packaging". In 2006 we added the 300mm Hawk^TM horizontal wafer shipper and 300mm Phoenix^TM single wafer shippers as well as the refurbished product and cleaning businesses. Our latest product focus has been to finish off the Hawk^TM product line with the 200mm and complete the new Air Cushion Package ACP^TM products. We are currently working with our customers to develop the next generation in wafer handling products while providing custom solutions for the semiconductor industry.
