The 150 & 300mm
Phoenix™
Single Wafer Shipper (SWS) provides total wafer shipping safety
and security with its hinged, low profile injection molded clamshell
design. This innovative design surpasses all of the competition
without sacrificing performance. Like most of our shippers offered,
both the 150 & 300mm the nesting features allow for secure stacking,
The 300mm Phoenix is injection molded with clear low ionic polycarbonate
for superior performance and cleanliness. Available in transparent
UV inhibiting color options for wafer production segregation. For ESD protection,
an optional conductive base is available.
The base has wafer wand access slots in the base for easy wafer insertion and removal.
An integrated proprietary seal minimizes contaminates and securely
holds the wafer during handling and shipping. Two nylon fasteners securely lock the lid to the base.
A through slot is provided for additional tamper proof security during shipping.

Unlike the 300mm design the 150mm has an added sealable lens feature to allow customers to closly
inspect the wafer while it is still sealed to the base.
An integrated proprietary seal in the lens minimizes contaminates and securely
holds the wafer during handling and shipping. An additional hinged lid provides protection from
lens scratches and wafer breakage. The lid securely locks to the base.
