Horizontal Wafer Shipper
100, 125, 150, 200, 300 & 450mm
The Hawk is engineered with a polypropylene copolymer to ensure maximum protection from damage related to physical impact and contamination. The HAWK family of wafer shipping containers is designed to be automation friendly and is available with a reusable contamination seal.
All sizes are available in either:
ESD Black – for use with ESD-sensitive wafers (E6 – E9) or
Clear (translucent) – for use with passive, low cost, and raw wafers





Single Wafer Shipper
150 & 300mm
The Phoenix is a transparent injection-molded single wafer cassette for shipping and storing single wafers inside or outside of the fab.
Both sizes are available with:
Clear Lid & Base or, Clear Lid & ESD Base – for use with ESD-sensitive wafers
Colors available for 300mm only – Amber, Red & Green





Vertical Wafer Cassette
150 & 200mm
We distribute Wafer Cassettes and Wafer Transport Boxes which are used to store and transport 25 wafers in mid to high temperature fab processes requiring chemical resistance, static protection, low particulate generation and ultra-low outgassing.





Reticle Cassette
150 & 200mm
We distribute Reticle Cassettes, which are used to transport and store reticles in a cleanroom environment. We use only materials with static protection, low particulate generation and ultra-low outgassing.

We offer our design expertice to provide custom built wafer shippers to fit your specific substrate material, size and challenging shape.

Horizontal Wafer Jarbr> The Roadrunner, with polypropylene material, which is the most economical solution for shipping wafers.
This product is available in natural clear for use with passive, low cost, and raw wafers. For wafers less than 500um or with high value, we reccomend our Hawk HWS product.
